Free Flash Components
It has been a few weeks that AFComponents has released free ActionScript 2.0 components for everyone. In case if you might not know about it, you may download the following Image Gallery, Flow List, Media List, FLV video player, and Map. There are also tutorials and forum available.
I need full details to learn development of Flash Games and Script for Games for free…..
Are these flash components free to use? why is that that there are price tags if you click the afccomponents link? and why is there EULA agreement?
Leo, when you go to http://www.afcomponents.com/components/ page, you will see AS2 components are free but AS3 components are not. That’s why they have price tags for AS3 components.
Ok. It somehow confused me because of the heading. Well Ok As2 is free, As3 not.

Which version of actionscripts is the current one? Is AS2 still valid today, more than a year later? Time sure does fly….
can’t get companies that are trying to advertising something free but actuallyt it’s not.
who actually use AS2 right now? but anyway thanks for sharing the links. it could be rewritten for AS3
